Area Agencies on Aging help many Connecticut families understand services for older adults, care planning, and community-based supports. An Area Agency on Aging or access agency may be involved in assessment, service authorization, care management, and coordination of home care services.
Aides & Companions works with authorized care plans and program requirements to provide non-medical home care when approved. Families may contact us to discuss whether services are private pay or connected to an authorized program arrangement.
